1.1 Overview
At Superdeck, we aim to ensure all products are supplied in good condition and as described.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to approval.
1.2 Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please ensure you have selected the correct product, colour, and quantity before placing your order.
1.3 Return Eligibility
A return may be considered only if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery or collection
- The product is:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back.
1.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Installed or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
1.5 Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fee (up to 20%)
- Handling and inspection fees

Do not return goods without approval, as they may be rejected.

If your product is faulty or damaged:

We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
1.8 Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

2.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver across Melbourne and selected areas of Victoria.
Delivery outside these areas may be arranged upon request.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to:

- Supplier delays
We are not liable for delays outside our control.
2.3 Delivery Requirements
Customers must:
- Provide accurate delivery details
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to site
- Be available to receive goods (if required)
Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
2.4 Delivery Method
- Delivery is typically kerbside unless otherwise agreed
- Drivers are not responsible for moving materials into the property
2.5 Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon:
- Delivery to the nominated address, or
- Collection from our warehouse
Customers are responsible for goods after this point.
2.6 Inspection on Delivery
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours, including:
- Damage
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
2.7 Collection
If collecting from our warehouse:
- Customers must check goods before leaving
- Superdeck is not responsible for damage once goods are collected
2.8 Shipping Costs
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Difficult access
- Re-delivery
- Special handling
