  1. Before You Submit a Claim

Before lodging a warranty claim, please review our Warranty Policy carefully.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Our warranty covers structural defects only
  • Minor colour fading or variation is normal, especially under Australian sun exposure
  • Issues caused by installation, misuse, or external factors are not covered

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

 

  1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must:

  • Be the original purchaser of the product
  • Provide valid proof of purchase
  • Ensure the product was:
    • Installed correctly
    • Used in a residential setting
    • Maintained appropriately

Claims outside these conditions may be declined.

To process your claim efficiently, please provide:

Customer Details

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Purchase Information

  • Invoice or order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product type

Issue Details

  • Description of the issue
  • When the issue was first noticed
  • Area affected (approx. size)

Supporting Evidence

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Wide-angle photo showing full installation
  • Close-up photos of the defect

Incomplete submissions may delay or prevent assessment.

Once your claim is received:

  1. We will review your submission
  2. Additional information may be requested
  3. A site inspection may be arranged if necessary

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times may vary depending on complexity.

 

  1. Important Notes

6.1 Inspection Rights

Superdeck reserves the right to inspect the product before any decision is made.

6.2 No Removal Without Approval

Do not remove or alter the product before assessment, as this may void your claim.

6.3 Third-Party Installation

We are not responsible for workmanship by third-party installers.

 

  1. Claim Outcomes

If your claim is approved, Superdeck may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the affected product, or
  • Provide a refund or store credit

⚠️ The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Labour costs
  • Installation or reinstallation costs
  • Transport or handling costs

 

  1. Claim Rejection

A claim may be declined if:

  • It falls outside warranty coverage
  • Evidence is insufficient
  • Damage is due to misuse, installation, or external factors
