Point Cook House, January 2022 – Composite Decking Case Study

A modern two story house in Point Cook recently had a complete refreshment of its front yard in January. The owners of the house wanted to create a clean, presentable front area which is easy to maintain as they share a busy lifestyle.

With that, the team at J-Plus landscaping did an awesome job recreating the whole front yard with the use of composite decking and synthetic grass. The charcoal colour composite decks easily lead the way to the front door and they blend in perfectly with the exterior colours of the house.

The synthetic lawn was installed to provide a nice walk-on area for the family, and the contrast between the charcoal composite decks and the synthetic lawn gives it a super sharp modern look.
