Williams Landing Front Yard – Composite Decking Case Study

Recognizing the homeowners’ active lifestyles, our goal was to design a front yard that would effortlessly maintain its charm and appeal. Collaborating with our esteemed landscaping partner, we successfully revamped the entire area using a combination of composite decking and artificial grass, resulting in a stunning and low-maintenance outdoor space.

Project Background

In July, we embarked on a comprehensive makeover project for the front yard of a modern residence in Williams Landing. The homeowners desired a design that would not only be visually appealing but also easy to upkeep, considering their busy schedules and active lifestyle. With these factors in mind, SuperDeck and J-Plus Landscaping set out to create a front yard that would effortlessly blend practicality and aesthetics.

Composite Decking and Artificial Grass Integration

Landscaping builder, in collaboration with SuperDeck, skillfully executed the front yard transformation. By utilizing sandy brown composite decking, we created a visually appealing pathway leading to the front entrance. The chosen color scheme harmonized seamlessly with the home’s exterior, adding an elegant touch to the overall design.

Composite cladding is an excellent material for fencing projects due to its durability, low maintenance, and versatility.

To enhance the functionality and comfort of the front yard, artificial grass was installed. This artificial turf provided a pleasant walking area for the family while requiring minimal maintenance. The combination of the charcoal composite decking and lush artificial grass contributed to a sleek and contemporary ambiance, elevating the aesthetic appeal of the space.
